About Me

Hi, I'm Jessica Santos — a mental health advocate, researcher, and writer based in Massachusetts. I hold a B.S. in Psychology and am currently pursuing my M.A. in Research Psychology. My work focuses on the intersection of trauma, self-worth, and healing, both in academic research and in everyday life.
Through this blog, I share insights from my studies, personal reflections, and creative tools that encourage emotional healing, self-awareness, and empowerment. Whether I'm unpacking psychological theories, exploring cultural influences on mental health, or creating trauma-informed resources, my goal is to make mental health feel human, accessible, and validating.
This space is a blend of evidence-based knowledge, lived experience, and heart — created for anyone who's on a journey of healing, understanding, or simply curious about the mind.
Thank you for being here. I hope you find something that resonates, supports, or inspires you.
